Class Location: Within the United States, you have the option of either hosting the event in a location of your choice, or in a hotel at your cost. My overseas classes are held in a hotel suite that can usually accommodate up to 15 people. I work at having your comfort level very high, due to the subject matter, as your performance may be impacted. Hotel chains that typically have the best accommodations for this class in the United States are Doubletree and Embassy Suites. Class Availability: I am located in Northern California, and my availability is based upon prior engagements and the availability of travel to your location. My travel, time and associated expenses are reflected in the overall cost of the class. I use discount travel sites, fly coach and drive economy rental cars to keep costs down! Class Length: A typical class will run one full day from morning to late afternoon/early evening (6-8 hours); however we can schedule to meet your availability. I typically like to meet the night before, but that isn’t always possible. Class Size: Everyone is different, and some people need to be in a small group or learn by themselves with something this personal, while others have the-more-the-merrier approach. My typical class is 10 to 12 in size, but I also teach individuals or small groups. Small or large, this class is designed to be very interactive. Class Cost (Up to 12 People): Northern California: $300 – Including travel costs, hosted by you. Southern California: $450 - Including travel costs, hosted by you. Western United States (Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah): $450 – Including travel costs, hosted by you. Mountain Time Zone: $700 - Including travel costs, hosted by you. Central Time Zone: $1000 - Including travel costs, hosted by you. Eastern Time Zone: $1300 - Including travel costs, hosted by you. Canada: $1250 - Including travel costs, hosted by you. Southeast Asia, including Hong Kong: $2000 - Including travel costs, hosted in my hotel. Japan, Korea: $2500 - Including travel costs, hosted in my hotel. South America: $2500 - Including travel costs, hosted in my hotel. Europe: $3000 - Including travel costs, hosted in my hotel. South Africa/Australia/New Zealand: $3500 - Including travel costs, hosted in my hotel. *Students with a valid .edu address in the United States receive a 20% discount. International students receive a 10% discount on all class prices. Class Reservations: Classes are held on weekends, typically all-day on Saturday. 1 California in-state reservations should be made at least 2 weeks in advance, and are based upon prior booking. 2 Out of state U.S. class reservations should be made at least 3 weeks in advance, and are based upon prior booking and travel availability. 3 Non-U.S.A or International class reservations should be made at least 30 days in advance, and are based upon prior booking and travel availability.
