Returns for refund are accepted on items that HAVE NOT OPENED. Defective items will be
exchanged for the same item only. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions below.

Here are the basic steps:

Repackage your return securely in a box or envelope comparable to the one you received your item in. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FedEx with insurance for your return.

Please keep in your possession the parcel’s Tracking Number to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse for proper credit.

Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if the item is returned within 10 business days after the item has been received. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit or may be denied.
